Shrimp Salad (Weekends) – Old Bay poached shrimp, red pepper, celery, and chopped egg tossed with a bit of mayo, served with butterhead lettuce on your choice of bread.
Pastrami – hand-cut braised pastrami with Carolina dijon, red onion, and swiss cheese.
Hummus and Veggie Pita – with “Hippy Chick Hummus”, sliced zucchini, shredded carrot, red onion, lettuce, and tomato, with sea salt and cracked black pepper
Caprese Panini – balsamic-marinated fresh mozzarella, garlic roasted tomatoes, prosciutto, pesto aioli and fresh arugula served warm.
Chicken Salad – herb roasted chicken breast, candied pecans, red grapes, celery, red onion, with lettuce, and sliced tomato.
BLT – applewood smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, sea salt, cracked black pepper, and mayo.
Roasted Veggie – portobello mushroom, sweet onions, red pepper, and grilled zucchini pressed hot with melted provolone cheese and champagne mustard vinaigrette.
