The Raw Bar, an upscale seafood restaurant in Frederick, is an elegant new addition to Firestone’s lineup. The restaurant required a complete makeover of the space that for almost 10 years had been occupied by our Market on Market.
Intimate in size, the Raw Bar offers raw oysters from up and down the East Coast, shucked to order; a chef’s board of in-house processed meats, sliced to order on our beautiful hand-operated Berkel machine; pates; tapas-style small plates and other specialties from Chef Andrew Mayer’s kitchen. The full bar makes this a perfect date night restaurant in Frederick, with draft beers on tap, carefully chosen wines and mixed drinks. Most of the menu can also be ordered from the Firestone’s Culinary Tavern.
With space for about 40, the Raw Bar is available for private parties.
