Pastrami – hand-cut housemade pastrami, red onion, cider mustard, and swiss cheese
(NEW!) Hummus and Veggie Pita – with Smokey Turmeric Hummus by “Hippy Chick Hummus”, sliced zucchini, shredded carrot, red onion, lettuce, and tomato, with sea salt and cracked black pepper
Roasted Veggie – zucchini, vidalia onion, portobello mushroom, red pepper, champagne mustard vinaigrette, and provolone
Chicken Salad – herb roasted chicken breast, candied pecans, red grapes, celery, red onion, with lettuce, and sliced tomato.
Pulled Pork – pork shoulder, sun dried tomato spread, jalapeno pickles, whole grain mustard, and cheddar cheese.
BLT – applewood smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, sea salt, cracked black pepper, and mayo
Pimento Grilled Cheese – housemade pimento cheese, cheddar, bacon, and sliced tomato
Sweet and Spicy Turkey – hickory smoked turkey, zucchini relish, cayenne aioli, cheddar cheese, lettuce, and tomato
Tuscan Tuna Salad – flaked albacore tuna with sun-dried tomatoes, capers, herbs, and finely diced red onion and celery. Served on lightly toasted bread with lettuce and sliced tomato OR as a melt with cheddar cheese.
Crudite’ Sandwich – caramelized onion spread, cucumber, carrots, radish, lettuce, and sliced tomato [whole sandwich $7 ~ half sandwich $4]
SALADS – All salads served with your choice of house-made dressing on the side for $7. Add grilled chicken or chicken salad for an additional $3 (Dressing options: balsamic vinaigrette, lemon vinaigrette, champagne mustard vinaigrette or poppyseed vinaigrette)
Market Salad – mixed greens, toasted almonds, cucumber, radishes, carrots, croutons, and crumbled feta cheese, with your choice of dressing.
Sunshine Salad – mixed greens, sliced apple, toasted sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, zucchini, crumbled feta, and poppyseed vinaigrette.
Beet and Lentil Salad – roasted beets, green lentils, sunflower seeds, and goat cheese crumbles over mixed greens, with roasted beet vinaigrette.
