NEW! Rainbow Wrap Sandwich – Crunchy veggies (shredded carrot, sliced zucchini, radish, tomato, and mixed greens) layered with pickled beets, fresh goat cheese and caramelized onion spread, wrapped in a spinach tortilla.  – $9.00

Pimento Grilled Cheese  – House-made pimento cheese, bacon, sliced tomato and white cheddar ($9 whole/ $5.50 half)

Tuscan Tuna Salad – Flaked Ahi Tuna fillet with sundried tomato, capers, celery and light mayo.  Served toasted house-made bread with lettuce OR served hot with melted white cheddar cheese.  – $10 whole/ $6.50 half 

Pastrami – hand-cut braised pastrami with Carolina dijon, red onion, and swiss cheese.

Hummus and Veggie Pita – with “Hippy Chick Hummus”, sliced zucchini, shredded carrot, red onion, lettuce, and tomato,  with sea salt and cracked black pepper

Caprese Panini – fresh mozzarella, garlic roasted tomatoes, prosciutto, pesto aioli and fresh arugula served warm.

(Sold out today 4/12) Chicken Salad – herb roasted chicken breast,  candied pecans, red grapes, celery, and red onion, with lettuce.

BLT – applewood smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, sea salt, cracked black pepper, and mayo.

Sweet and Spicy Turkey – hickory smoked turkey, zucchini relish, cayenne aioli, cheddar cheese, lettuce, and tomato.

SALADS –  All salads served with your choice of house-made dressing for $7.50.  Add grilled chicken or chicken salad – $3  Add avocado – $1.50 (Dressing options: balsamic vinaigrette, lemon vinaigrette, champagne mustard vinaigrette or poppyseed vinaigrette)

Market Salad –  mixed greens, toasted almonds, cucumber, radishes, carrots, croutons, and crumbled feta cheese, with your choice of dressing.

Sunshine Salad – mixed greens, sliced apple, toasted sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, zucchini, crumbled feta, and poppyseed vinaigrette.

Maple Tavern Salad (seasonal)  – mixed greens topped with fresh goat cheese, dried cranberries, pickled beets, and puffed quinoa.  Served with maple vinaigrette.
